The Story

„Henry“ is the first NFT from the series „The Art of Managing between P&P“, where P&P stands for Profit and Preserve. Today’s managers are under the influence of climate change and multipolar business partners, demanding social responsibility for people and nature. The image represents the dilemma and inner conflict of making decisions in favor of sustainability while still achieving the old corporate goals of profit and profit maximization. The picture shows wild chaotic currents of two colors, but it also shows that they can unite and coexist. A complex image is created, which shows that complexity can also be necessary, can be beautiful, and can even bring happiness and confidence.

Svenja is a management and neurofeedback trainer. She empowers managers in their important decisions. She heads the Institute for Collaborative Work, and her pictures serve as a reminder to managers in their offices and at home that their decisions are important and have an impact on many people.

This brain was created from an original acrylic fluid painting, which was made by Svenja’s five-year-old nephew as an Easter gift in 2023. There is a video of the creation process, and the original painting remains in Henry’s possession, hanging in his bedroom. Later, the painting was embellished with sharks and whales, which were poured and painted.

It’s a metaphor. A five-year-old reminds the now powerful manager in his office, to which the boy would never have had access otherwise, to make the right decisions for his future.

How many powerful managers are brave enough to hang this mental neural anchor in their office and be kind and with mindblowing colors reminded to make the „right decisions“?

Train your consciousness

In terms of managers, more is expected of them than of other people. Many live up to these expectations. However, managers are also human beings… and so the circle closes. Especially managers need a high level of awareness and a sharp mind. This is where the brain comes into play.

NFTs
This year she started giving children the power of color and turning their creations into NFTs. A portion of the proceeds goes towards the children’s education.

Her nephew Henry created the first NFT on Easter 2023, and he said, „I’ll keep the artwork hanging in my room forever“.

Svenja is not only a management und neurofeedback trainer. She is also a hobby artist who works with wood, stones, and tries her hand at photography and abstract art. She has been living in a small artist village called Wittgenborn near Frankfurt for the past 10 years. In her manager seminars, she displayed her Brain-Art, and since then, the demand from participants has been steadily growing.

Not only managing, but life itself is an art.

my inspiration

We humans have more than 60,000 thoughts and make many decisions every day. We use our intellect. Yet, evolution has wired us in a way that often allows our emotions to override our intellect. I’m inspired by the idea that we, as the only species, are capable of recognizing and reflecting upon this. My artwork serves as an anchor in our daily lives to make us conscious of this wonderful gift and encouraging us to use this incredible ability more.

„Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.“

Viktor E. Frankl

Viktor E. Frankl was an Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist, as well as a Holocaust survivor and founder of logotherapy. The sentence is part of his teaching that there is a choice in every situation and that the way we react to a situation influences our growth and personal development.

like a rose window

The random color combinations and fluid shapes of my paintings create new space in your daily life. They are like a rose window. Like rays of sunshine, our thoughts shine through and help us recognize our consciousness. Learn more about the miracle of Notre-Dame:

balance between mind wandering and NOW!

Zoning out during long days and starting to daydream is an important part of being human. There are several reasons why mind-wandering, or consciously thinking about various things without focusing on a specific task or goal, is considered good for the brain:

  • Creativity: Mind-wandering can help promote creativity by allowing the brain to come up with new ideas and connections between different concepts.
  • Stress reduction: By taking time to think about various things, mind-wandering can help reduce stress and put the brain in a relaxed state.
  • Memory: Mind-wandering can help improve memory by allowing the brain to organize and process memories.
  • Self-reflection: Through mind-wandering, one can take time to reflect on themselves and their experiences, which can help boost self-confidence and improve well-being.

Overall, mind-wandering can help stimulate the brain and promote it in various ways.

waves, veins and cells

The abstract art pieces often trigger creative mind wandering. Each work is unique. Colored veins run through the brain and merge into swirls and waves. Others show colored cells, a symbol of cooperation. The pictures are both an anchor and a starting point. They take our thoughts away and into the present moment at the same time. This creates more creativity and vibrancy in our real lives.
